About

Chef Anabel grew up in Venezuela . She always loved and enjoyed baking with her family, moved from Venezuela with her husband in 1999 to Orlando ,Florida . Moved later on 2012 to Chicago, Illinois after having two girls and joined The French pastry school with City Colleges of Chicago where she became a Pastry Chef. Worked in several bakeries in the city of Chicago where she got most of the training after school graduation. In search for a better place to continue growing professionally in 2015 moved back to Florida and started a job at The Ritz Carlton FT Lauderdale where she took over the responsability of making desserts and taking over plated desserts for Burlock coast restaurant at same hotel property. Shortly after moved back to Orlando and transfer to Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes where she got morpastry skills in the pastry industry. At the same time started to do some menu development projects with Nartowicz International , an industry in both innovative culinary development where she was a resident Pastry Chef providing our clients with creative and unique desserts and pastry offerings.

Last October, she launched her pastry shop at Mall Millenia food court where clients come and enjoy a variety of French desserts and banquet dessert services for weddings, events etc.

Chef Anabel resides in Windermere Florida with her husband Alex that have been the best support of her dreams and their two daughters Valentina & Arianna.
